The US postal service offer a small packets service to Canada. This service is not tracked or insured and if the package is lost there is no recourse. The service is very slow and your package could take up to two weeks to arrive. Canadapost will not allow us to send cordless batteries in the mail. The package has to be sent by their Expedited service which is tracked and insured. The advantage is that we will send a new package free of charge once deemed lost by Canadapost. Another advantage is that we warranty all our cordless batteries for one year. So if for some reason you need to exchange the battery you can send it back to us and we will ship you a new one free of charge. If you had to send a battery back to the USA it would far exceed the value of the battery.
