How to obtain a Return Authorization Number Online.
|
|
Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RA number will be documented and returned to you. To get a returns number please follow the following procedure:-
1. Log in to the website (Use the lost password link if you have forgotten it.)
2. View your order history.
3. View previous orders.
4. Click and view the order that you wish to return.
5. In the "products" box there will be a link titled "Need to return this product" click this link. (Please note! this link will not be available until your goods have been dispatched)
6. A new page will be presented with a short form to complete. Please complete this form fully and enter a detailed description for the reason for your return and describe the problems that you have had with the product.
7. A ticket number will then be presented to you. (Please make a note of this number)
8. A returns case has now been opened. Do not ship the product back until we have accepted or denied your request. When accepted you will be emailed details of the next step.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT!

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our published INSPECTION CRITERIA, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. Returns processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received.

Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 1 year of original invoice date. Batterybuyer.com shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.

Manufacturer Restrictions

Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent Batterybuyer.com from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products. Products such as once use batteries Alkaline,Lithium and others that are once use. Batterybuyer.com cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for ANY product missing the UPC code. Only the product manufacturer can replace any DEFECTIVE item missing the UPC sticker.

Non-Defective Returns
|

Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by Batterybuyer.com to product manufacturers may, at Batterybuyer.com’s sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at Batterybuyer.com’s sole discretion within 30 days of original invoice date.

Refunds

Please note that any non defective product that is returned for refund will have the shipping costs deducted from the total refund due. Please also note that as we subsidize the cost of shipping to our customers the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund due and will be more than the actual price charged at purchase.

ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. (This applies to non defective returns only) All packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included
