The internet transaction was crisp, efficient, user-friendly and honest. The excellent follow-up (and link to Canada Post tracking) was helpful and demonstrated care and concern for your customer. You always offered immediate assistance by telephone or by email. The price of the battery - even with delivery charge - was much, much cheaper than the price quoted to me by my alarm service provider - who wanted to add an unnecessary service call to instal it which would have cost an extra $100.
I think you did a great job and, while I probably won't need to replace my burglar alarm battery for awhile, I won't forget your service and when I need anything other than a simple, department store battery, I will come back to your site. I will also recommend your site to my neighbours in my townhouse complex.
