I just received the second shippment from your company. I will have to say I was a little disappointed when I received the first battery charger and it didn't fit the battery.
Today I got home from work and saw the package. I opened it and it looked just like the first one. My heart broke, oh No I though, they sent the same one back again. I will never get a charger to fit my battery. I got my Camera and though I will try it again. My heart jumped for joy. It fits perfectly and immediately I pluged it in to charge. I have to say I am so impressed. I never though it would be so hard and long in receiving the charger.
My appreciation goes out to you and your company and I will personally recommend your attention and work to everyone I know. Just a little tid bit, I still have received nothing from the other companies I have ordered from and have no way to trace the orders. Thank you so very much. And I can't express how happy I am over just a battery charger.

"Just wanted you to know that I just received my DE-974H battery that I ordered on Monday. Talk about speedy service and it a nice product! I especially like the way they are assembled (although I haven't broken the seal and dismantled it) ..... It's assembled much nicer than a standard Dewalt battery. At least with your battery, if they ever die, a technician can easily open it up and check the individual cells! Anyway, thanks again and I'll be in touch the next time I need a battery!
