What shipping methods do you offer?

Canada post Expedited Shipping 3-10 Business Days to Most Areas. May require more time to remote locations.

Regular shipping takes approximately 1-3 days to address's in Ontario, 2-4 days address's in Quebec,  address's in BC 7-10 all other provinces 5-10 days to arrive.

DHL Ground shipping 2-5 days off the lead time to Most Areas. May require more time to remote locations. SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED

How are shipping rates calculated?

We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for any amount of product to any destination within Canada for Canadapost Expedited Delivery although if the value of your purchase is below $40 we reserve the right to send it by regular mail

If you require a faster method of shipping we do offer a DHL courier option for $15. If the product is allowed to fly and is below a certain weight we may send it Express, certain products are not allowed to fly and some areas may not be served by the express option and will have to go ground. We reserve the right to choose on an individual basis. If you require a more definitive timescale of delivery please call us and we can let you know. This option normally takes 2-5 days off the lead time.

How do I track my shipment?

Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment. Click on "Order Status" at the top of the page. Enter your email and password. Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered, pricing, quantity and totals.

Under Status you will see the tracking number that was assigned to your order and the carrier that your product was shipped with.

If your order was sent by DHL go www.dhl.ca and enter the tracking number as provided on the order status screen

If your order was sent by Canadapost go www.canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number as provided on the order status screen
