Returns within 15 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at Batterybuyer.com's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a repackaging fee, which will be determined on a case by case basis.

Batterybuyer.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 15 days from receipt of order. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Please note: we subsidize shipping for products out of Ontario if you are returning for a refund, then the actual cost for shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only the shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by batterybuyer.com.

Batterybuyer.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to batterybuyer.com within 15 days of receipt, at batterybuyer.com's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by batterybuyer.com within 15 days from receipt, at Batterybuyer.com's discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Batterybuyer.com.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT After 15 days from your invoice date your purchase falls under a warranty replacement. Following the 15 days, you are only eligible for a replacement of the defective item. Customers can not exchange it out for a different item, unless it has been discontinued. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Batterybuyer.com. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our batteries and accessories. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. All of our batteries and accessories can be returned to our address. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.

Package Refusal

We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return. For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).

Order Cancellation

Our company understands that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests, but we must set a few ground rules.

  • You must cancel the order before it is processed. If the warehouse is already processing the order, we can not guarantee cancellation.
  • Please do not contact us via email to cancel your order. Please contact us via phone during business hours ( 9am am - 5 pm EST ).
  • If it is not during business hours, you may email us and then follow up with a phone call during business hours.
