I have just ordered on-line, can I change my order?
Sorry, once your order has been placed you cannot alter it as it automatically goes straight to our dispatch department. However, once you have received the goods you can return them for an exchange or refund under our Full satisfaction or Full refund guarantee.


What happens if my order is out of stock?
If your order is out of stock you will receive an e-mail telling you this and our estimated delivery date. This date can change, but you can keep up-to-date by emailing us.

I have just received my order, but there is an item missing. What shall i do?
Firstly check on our website that the missing item is not out of stock. If the item is not out of stock please contact us by emailing missingorders@batterybuyer.com

I have received an e-mail saying my order has been dispatched / your website states that my order has been dispatched, but i have not received anything. What shall i do?
Please wait at least 7 days before contacting us. If after this time your order still has not arrived please send an e-mail to missingorders@batterybuyer.com containing your order number and full address. Please note that we can only accept a claim for non-delivery within 28 days of dispatch.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payment with Credit Card through our secure payment gateway. All dollar amounts are CAD.

Are there any taxes on my purchase?
Canadian customers are subject to pay 6% GST, and an additional 8% PST if within Ontario.
